Key Stage 2 Teacher in Preston

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a Preston primary school to recruit an effective Year 5 teacher to start from as soon as possible. The role is expected to continue until Christmas; however, it is possible that it could last until the Easter holiday. The class are well-behaved and are keen to learn; however with an unfamiliar face arriving into school strong behaviour management and high expectations of attitude, behaviour and attainment are essential. The highly supportive Key Stage 2 Lead will be to hand in the case of needing any support.
The school is located in the Bamber Bridge area of Preston. The proportion of pupils eligible for the pupil premium is slightly above the national average, as is the proportion of pupils who have special educational needs. In regards to Ofsted, the school have been consistently graded: 'GOOD' due to a number of factors, including the provision of a broad and balanced curriculum that 'offers a good and interesting range of subjects and topics that ensure pupils enjoy school', and the good progress that is made by almost all pupils throughout the school.
