Learning Support Assistants – Immediate Opportunities

We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistants to work across a range of welcoming schools in Cranleigh. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain flexible work through an established education agency while making a real difference supporting pupils with additional needs.
The Role:

Support students 1:1 or in small groups
-
Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
-
Work with pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)

Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude

Strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
