About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Teachers and Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for both qualified teachers (QTS) and unqualified candidates with relevant experience who are passionate about education and supporting young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects

  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment

  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

  • Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning

  • Provide feedback to permanent teaching staff where required

Requirements:

  • QTS is desirable but not essential

  • Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, youth work, or classroom support)

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
