Inclusion Support Assistant – Full Time – Manchester

Location: M9 

Are you passionate about supporting young people who thrive with structure, consistency and positive relationships?

A specialist provision in Manchester is looking for a full-time Inclusion Support Assistant to work with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support to access learning.

The role:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support

• Helping students regulate emotions and engage in lessons

• Supporting positive behaviour strategies

• Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams

Ideal experience:

• SEMH, PRU or alternative provision

• Youth work or sports coaching

• Care or support work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
