BD15 HLTA:

Here at Teaching Personnel, we are currently looking for a HLTA to work within a fantastic school in the BD15 and surrounding areas.

The role of a HLTA will facilitate support with learning in the classroom, assist with managing any behavioural concerns alongside the Teacher and also be able to provide 1:1 intervention to any pupils that have fallen behind due to breaks in education.

This role is due to commence ASAP and is to initially last a period of two terms. This position does have the potential to be extended providing suitability and passion is shown for the role.

Role Requirements

  • HLTA Status or the equivalent
  • Be able to work flexibly
  • Has experience working within the Primary Sector
  • Has knowledge of KS1/KS2 Curriculum
  • Committed to promoting progression of pupils learning
  • Has the ability to support the class teacher with student’s behaviour in an empathetic and calm manner
  • Can work well alongside various colleagues, especially the class Teacher to ensure a positive learning environment for students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
