"We require a History teacher to join our thriving Humanities department for half a term - 1 term starting on Monday 10th September 2019 at the beginning of the new academic year. This is an exciting time for our school and Humanities department as we are growing consistently and have a great worth ethic and feel within our school. Applications are being accepted and encouraged from newly qualified teachers as well as those who are more experienced. The successful History teacher will be teaching across KS3 and KS4."

Our client secondary school situated in the Tameside area is looking to recruit a motivated and confident History teacher starting at the beginning of the new academic year. This is a full time teaching position for half a term or a term in the first instance. This is to cover a planned upcoming long term absence within the department.
As advised by the Head of Humanities, the school require a good teacher to join this good school and ensure learning is of the highest standard as the school starts the academic year off. The teacher of History can be a NQT, fully qualified teacher or an existing supply teacher with the ability and experience in teaching History.

- Pay between £500 - £825 per week dependent upon experience and pay scale

- CPD opportunities are plentiful via the Teaching Personnel Academy as well as internally with the school

The school is based in the Tameside area on the East side of Greater Manchester, very easily accessible from any of the surrounding areas such as Stalybridge, Dukinfield, Ashton-Under-Lyne and further afield. The M67 and M60 motorway networks are very nearby making this school easy to get to for any car drivers. The school has a secure on site car park and is set in pleasant surroundings.
