Job description
This vacancy has now expired. Please see similar roles below...
Have you graduated in the last few years and have a passion for Education?
Have you considered working in schools but didn't know where to start?
If so, we may be able to help. Teaching Personnel works in partnership with a central Bath Secondary School that is looking for two Teaching Assistants to start as soon as possible or after Christmas.
This school actively seeks graduates. Why? Because graduates have the academic ability to stretch students, the maturity to understand the underlying cause of behaviour and general come with bags of energy and enthusiasm. Furthermore, depending on your degree the school likes graduates to start extra curricular activities based on your subject. We have had guitar clubs, Lego therapy and sports clubs.
These roles are full-time or part-time and fall within school hours.
We will give you the opportunity of a taster day first before you commit so please contact me immediately if interested. I would love to talk about the role in more detail!
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see teachingpersonnel.com/faqs for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
