I have a school looking for graduates to join their future teachers program. They would be expected to join for a September start date and work on a full-time basis. The school is highly rated by Ofsted, noting it has strong and decisive leadership. They look to develop their own staff and are looking for eager graduates, eager to learn and take on additional responsibility. Although they nurture young teachers, they have high expectations. It is a friendly working environment at this school and they are looking for someone to join their personable and hard-working team.

- Pay ranges from £60-90 a-day depending on experience and qualifications
- There is an option of temporary and permanent roles
- A 18 minute walk from Euston Square underground station
The Role
This role is for graduates aspiring to become fully qualified teachers. The available position would be a fantastic opportunity for any eager candidate with strong aspirations. The school understand the need for a good work-life balance. The successful candidate would be expect to work hard during working hours, ensuring all work is completed and to the best the of the specific candidates ability. However, the leadership understand the importance of time to recharge and relax, as it makes for healthier and happier teachers.
The September start date for this role has interviews for these roles starting next week and continuing throughout the summer. The incoming teacher would be expected to work 8:30am till 3:30pm, 5 days a week as a full-time role. The school are searching for candidates who are able to engage students and build a rapport. The ideal candidate will encourage the students to become excited by their education and learning. Planning and conducting lessons would be expected, along with marking students work and providing feedback for them to build on. Experience working with SEN, languages or extra-curricular activities would be welcome.
