Teaching Personnel is supporting a secondary school in Farnborough to appoint a confident, enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to start immediately. This role offers hands‑on classroom experience, professional support, and a genuine pathway into teacher training and permanent school roles.


The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead classes during teacher absence and deliver pre‑prepared lesson plans
  • Support pupils to stay on‑task, engaged and motivated across a range of subjects
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Maintain routines that ensure learning continues smoothly
  • Build KS3–KS4 experience that strengthens future teacher training applications

This is a varied, people‑focused role—perfect for developing your classroom presence and confidence.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
