KS3 & KS4 Cover Supervisor - Fantastic Career Development Opportunity
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £95 - £130 per day

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth continuation of learning across KS3 and KS4. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and engaging students with pre-prepared lesson materials
- Managing classrooms of 11-16 year olds with confidence and professionalism
- Upholding positive behaviour that supports the school’s ethos and values
- Creating a purposeful, energetic, and productive learning environment
You will be joining a school offering a broad, ambitious, and well-sequenced curriculum, praised by Ofsted for its clear progression and strong subject expertise.
