Cover Supervisor (KS3 & KS4)

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in keeping learning on track for students aged 11-16 when their usual teacher is absent. You will guide classes using pre-prepared lesson materials, ensuring students stay focused and engaged throughout the session. Maintaining positive behaviour in line with school policies will be central to your role, helping create a calm and productive classroom environment. At times, you may also provide valuable support to students with special educational needs (SEN), helping them access learning and thrive!

Who We Are Looking For
- Ideally have previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils, including exposure to SEN
- Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with students
- Have a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people and contributing to their educational development
Working Hours / Benefits
This is a flexible position, with full-time and part-time opportunities available and an immediate start, offering competitive daily pay between £95 and £130.
