Teaching Personnel is supporting a secondary school in Farnborough seeking a confident, enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team immediately. The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an essential role in maintaining continuity of learning:

  • Leading classes during teacher absences
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson content across a variety of subjects
  • Encouraging pupil engagement and promoting positive behaviour
  • Supporting students in KS3 and KS4
  • Creating a safe, structured and positive learning environment
