Teaching Personnel is supporting a secondary school in Alton seeking an enthusiastic, confident Cover Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible. The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality learning across the school day by:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons during teacher absence
  • Supervising classes across a variety of subjects and age groups
  • Engaging students and ensuring they remain focused and on-task
  • Managing behaviour confidently and professionally
  • Supporting a positive, purposeful classroom environment
  • Gaining essential experience across KS3 and KS4

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
