An Outstanding Ofsted rated primary school in Brixton are searching for a bright teaching assistant to join them as soon as possible. This is a long term contract to run until the end of the academic year, working 8.30am-4pm full-time. You will be required to work with Key Stage 1 and 2 children. There are excellent transport links near the school easily accesible via bus or train.
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to build upon their knowledge and confidence before completing their teacher training. The school in Brixton are looking for –teaching assistants who are proactive, reliable and willing to learn. Graduates who are personable academic, creative or come from a sports background are ideal for this role. Extra-curricular interests such as music, arts, languages and sports are desirable.
A graduate with some previous experience working with children is desirable but not a necessity. This relevant previous experience could include childcare, tutoring, helping within a nursery, in a sport setting, charity or in a similar classroom setting. Graduates with no experience working with children will also be considered.
