An amazing 'National Autism Society' (NAS) accredited school are looking to appoint several graduates with proven experience or interest working with special educational needs, especially autism. This graduate teaching assistant role to support a special needs primary class is for a fixed academic year with a potential School direct scheme offer and is great opportunity that you will not want to miss!

The job focuses on one-to-one, small group support, assessment, adaption and delivery of learning plans to primary aged pupils with autism in EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

Every academic year Teaching Personnel provide staff to over 5,000 schools delivering a national service on a local scale from our 70 branches with this specific role being one of many in West London

Requirements:

• Degree level education is ideal
• Proven Experience/interest supporting SEN, especially autism
• Long term interest in becoming a Teacher
• Commitment to 8:30 - 4:30pm, hours Mon - Fri
• Live in borough of Hillingdon or in West London
• Open to continued training and development
• Confident and resilient personality
