An 'outstanding' school in West Ealing are seeking graduate behaviour teaching assistants (TA) with confidence supporting young people with challenging behaviour and social difficulties.
The school supports and provides education to primary and secondary aged pupils who have been excluded from their mainstream schools.
They are looking for graduates with experience or interest supporting social difficulties, mental health and/or challenging behaviours for immediate and September starting roles. Ideally successful candidates should have a UK or UK Naric equivalent degree with experience within educational settings and supporting challenging behaviour.
This position is to start on a temporary full-time basis, following a sucessful trial period a notice period of 20 working weeks witll be put in place. Once this is completed, tehe school will be able to offer successful candidates a permanent role contract.

If the answer is yes and you have a minimum of FOUR of the qualities this may be the right position for you:
- Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, Neurology, Linguistics, English, Maths, Science and Education Studies degree or Masters graduates (UK or UK Naric)
- Live in borough of Ealing or be able to travel to schools in the borough
- Experience/interest working with children or young people with challenging behaviours, social, emotional and learning difficulties
- Full-time availability (35.5 hours per week)
- Confidence supporting in Maths, English and humanities

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
