The ideal new Learning Support Assistants will have some experience of helping children or adults with special educational needs although this is not a essential. Above all, you must have the right temperament, be able to be flexible and adaptable in your approach and give your undivided attention to the children and the role for the full academic year or maybe longer.

You will also be required to work one-on-one with the children outside for intervention work, liaising with the educational psychologist and other outside agencies.
