Graduate Cover Supervisor / Future Teacher Programme – Kickstart Your Teaching Journey in 2025

Starting in September 2025, this role allows you to step into a secondary school environment, develop essential teaching skills, and explore whether teaching is the right career path for you. As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Support students through one-to-one mentoring and classroom assistance.
• Gain experience in lesson planning, teaching, and marking.
• Work with different age groups across a variety of subjects.

What We’re Looking For

✔ A degree in any subject – no prior teaching experience required.
✔ Experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
✔ A friendly, engaging, and supportive approach to working with students.
✔ Willingness to undergo a child-only DBS check.
