Job description

Do you thrive in dynamic environments and have a calm approach to classroom behaviour?

A secondary school in the OL4 area of Oldham, known for its inclusive and structured behaviour policies, is looking for a Cover Supervisor to join their cover team. This role will suit someone who enjoys a challenge and wants to make a real impact.

The Role:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

  • Supporting the school's positive behaviour ethos

  • Working closely with pastoral and SEN teams

Ideal for:

  • Sports coaches, youth workers, or recent graduates

  • Individuals with classroom or youth mentoring experience

  • Those seeking a potential route into teacher training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
