The successful candidates must demonstrate a passion for teaching their subject specialism, with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons that promote progression for all pupils. The candidates must be able to build positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents, as well as hold an advanced DBS or be willing to acquire one.
