I am currently recruiting for charismatic graduates to work for Teaching Personnel as Cover Supervisors. The role of a Cover Supervisor is an exciting one, ideal for someone who is looking for a career in education.
You will be tasked with covering the class in the absence of a fully qualified teacher. The successful candidate will be quick under pressure as they will be required to manage the behavior of classes of up to 30 ensuring all set work is completed to the highest standard.
The role of a Cover Supervisor can be both full time and part time and can be flexible, ideal for someone who is studying or a parent who needs to be local to their children. The average school day is 6.5 hours, starting at 8.30am and finishing around 3.30pm.
In order to be considered to this role, you must have:
• A degree or equivalent qualification
• Have previous experience as a cover supervisor
• Be proactive, resilient and enthusiastic
• Be able to build good rapport with students
It takes a certain character to win over a classroom, if you feel that you have something to offer then we want to hear from you.
We offer competitive remuneration for this post; this is paid by PAYE, one week in arrears. You will benefit from an immediate interview and CPD opportunities in the school holidays. You will also be entered into a work place pension.

Throughout your employment with Teaching Personnel you will have your own dedicated Consultant to support you with any queries you may have relating to your employment.
