The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As an Inspiring Classroom Leader (Cover Supervisor), you will:

• Lead classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to ensure learning continues seamlessly
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Build positive relationships and create an engaging learning environment
• Provide additional support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required

This role is an excellent stepping stone toward a career in teaching, providing valuable school-based experience and professional development opportunities.
