Secondary Teaching Opportunities!
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: £95 - £130
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible
An extremely high performing Secondary School in Southampton, being consistently ranked “Outstanding” by Ofsted for 9 years running, is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join their team and uphold their achievements!

The Role
You will be responsible for supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences, ensuring learning continues productively. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and maintain a focused and effective learning environment. This role may also require providing additional support to students with special educational needs.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with secondary aged students
- Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
- Ability to be flexible in the subjects you will be delivering!
