Did you just recently graduate from university and are looking to start a career in teaching? Are you looking to gain some experience through paid work in the Coalville Area to help you decide if teaching is the right path for you?
Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic graduates ready to step into the education sector. We at teaching personnel are keen to help graduates get into work.
If you are a graduate who would like the opportunity to work in a primary school prior to you starting your teacher training course. Then this is for you.
What is the Future Teachings Programme?
The Future Teachers Programme is a scheme across England & Wales,designed to help address the current shortages of teachers, by attracting and supporting graduates who are considering a career in teaching, but wish to gain paid school based experience prior to starting a teacher training course.As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will engage in multiple different tasks. These tasks can range from supporting pupils 1 to 1 or in small groups to assisiting class teachers across all departments. You may be gettting involved with assisting the teacher in planning a lesson or even involvedwith planning/delivering your own lessons!
The Ideal candidate:
- Will have some experience of working with children
- To be educated to degree level (Applications are welcome from graduates across all subject areas)
- Good communication and literacy skills
- Able to assist students of different abilities.
