A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Hampshire is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Food Technician to support their Food & Nutrition department from September 2025. Role Responsibilities:

• Support Food & Nutrition teachers during practical lessons

• Prepare ingredients and equipment for lessons in advance

• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the food technology rooms

• Ensure the pantry and store cupboards are well-stocked and organised

• Carry out weekly shopping for fresh ingredients

• Assist students with food preparation and hygiene routines as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have a keen interest in food preparation and organisation

• Be reliable, well-organised, and able to manage their time effectively

• Work well as part of a team and show initiative

• Have experience in a school, catering, or kitchen environment (desirable but not essential)

• Hold or be willing to obtain a Food Hygiene certificate
