Job description

EYFS Tutor/Support – Bury

We are seeking caring and enthusiastic practitioners to provide EYFS tuition and support for young learners in the Bury area. This role is ideal for those with experience in early years education who are passionate about helping children build strong foundations in communication, literacy, numeracy, and social development.

You will be working 1:1 or in small groups with children who may need additional support outside of mainstream settings. Sessions are designed to be engaging, nurturing, and tailored to each child’s stage of development, helping them grow in confidence and prepare for their next steps in education.

Applicants should have experience in EYFS (school, nursery, or tutoring), strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum, and the ability to adapt activities to individual needs. A patient, creative, and encouraging approach is essential, and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
