An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a very supportive primary school, where pupils and staff make great progress due to the stimulating environment. The successful practitioner will have recent experience working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant. They will have a real desire to make a positive impact on their students. The Early Years Department is very well led and the children make good progress. There is a very supportive culture for the staff within this school, so this is a great opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is looking to progress their career.
Your role will be supporting children in EYFS to accelerate progress and boost attainment in order to be KS1 ready. Under the direction of the class teacher you will be delivering interventions for reading, maths and phonics.
