Are you an experienced Secondary School Teacher with QTS and a passion for English?
Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established school near Haverhill, Suffolk to appoint a GCSE English Teacher from September 2019. The ideal candidate will be an engaging and passionate professional, who has experience of teaching KS3 and KS4 English.
This position is full-time and you will take on a full teaching role at the secondary school to include:
- Teaching GCSE English, in line with the national curriculum
- Keeping pupils engaged in class activities
- Planning and preparing for lessons
- Managing behaviour
- Assessing students' progress and abilities
Our welcoming partner school are extremely proud of their ability to develop good relationships between staff, students and parents.
Dedication to the academic curriculum is of vital importance to the school and they support this with extra-curricular activities, trips and much more.
You will be appointed from September 2019 until January 2020, however there is the opportunity of the role becoming permanent.
