SEN Support Assistants Needed

Do you want a role where every day truly matters?


We are currently recruiting for several SEN Support Assistants to join our specialist partner school in Kingston Upon Thames.

Working in a specialist setting means:

  • Smaller class sizes
  • A collaborative team approach
  • Structured learning environments
  • Direct impact on pupil progress

We are looking for individuals who have experience such as:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
  • Working with children who have EHCPs
  • Collaborating with SENCOs and therapists
  • Delivering targeted learning or behavioural interventions
  • Using positive behaviour strategies

If you are currently working in a mainstream primary school and are curious about moving into a specialist setting, this is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills within a supportive environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
