ENGLISH TEACHER
English Teacher needed for a Cardiff Secondary School
We are currently looking to support one of our partner Secondary Schools with their recruitment for an upcoming Vacancy within their English department. The school has expressed their needs for a positive and motivated English Teacher that is comfortable teaching pupils of mixed abilities and age groups. The successful English Teacher will need to bring a strong knowledge of the curriculum from either their Teacher training or from their Teaching experience. The department pride themselves on producing good results through all key stages and have an above average % of A-C at GCSE level. The School have told us that they are looking for someone to cover initially on a temporary basis starting after Easter until the end of the academic year in the first instance with a likelihood of the role continuing in to the next school year.
*Start Date: March/April 2019
*Position: Full time - Long Term Cover
*Pay Rates: Up to £600 per week dependant on experience
*NQTs and experienced teachers welcome to apply
As we enter this important time of year with exams being undertaken shortly after starting it is imperative that the successful English Teacher is comfortable in preparing and delivering exam preparation for all of the pupils. This Secondary School was rated 'GOOD' on their most recent Estyn report and are looking to develop all faculties.
