Early Yyears Teaching Assistant

We are looking for early years and special needs support specialists in Gainsborough to start in June and for the new academic year. These roles will include working 1:1 and in small groups with children in the school's EYFS class which caters for students with Autism, sensory impairments, speech and physical disabilities. 

Having EYFS experience is beneficial as children with special needs have individual learning plans which are centred around early developmental skills. However, we are open to applicants with SEN experience who are keen to use their skills to support children in schools.

Having experience in care, or training in Makaton and PECS would be beneficial. You must be able to work Monday – Friday (8:30 -3.00pm) during school term time and have experience of either the EYFS curriculum or experience of supporting those with Special Educational Needs.
