Role
Teaching Personnel are currently looking for an Early Years Support Assistant for a full-time permanent post starting this coming September. The role will be Monday - Friday 8am - 3:30pm and you will be based in the Early Years Foundation Unit supporting both Nursery and Reception. The Unit is free flow which means you will be required to observe pupils in line with the EYFS framework. The school are looking for someone with EYFS experience and experience using Letters & Sounds Phonics scheme.

The school are looking for an:
- Experienced Teaching Assistant with recent experience in Early Years
- Experience using Letters & Sounds Phonics
- Available full-time for a permanent role
School
The school received 'Good' at its last Ofsted in 2017 and last year received 'Outstanding' for the EYFS provision and quality of teaching in EYFS. The school currently have 45 children starting in Nursery in the new year and 42 children in Reception. The EYFS provision has 3 Teachers and 4 members of support staff in which you will be working with them. The school are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic support member to help support the new in-take of pupils this September.
Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as; Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education, and Leeds Trinity University.
These partners deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities to you, covering areas such as; Accredited Team Teach, Understanding and Supporting Children and Adults on the Autism Spectrum, An Introduction to Special Educational Needs and Disability, Effective Adult Learning Support, Implications for Challenging Behaviour, Meeting the Emotional, Social and Mental Health Needs of Children and Young People, Differentiation, Data Handling, Assessment for Learning, Planning for Progression, Prevent Duty, Read Write Inc. and Child Protection in Education. In addition to this we work alongside many leaders of education and have our own ex-head teacher that provides candidates with bespoke, high-quality training. The CPD on offer will assist with your personal and career development, making you the most highly sought candidates in the market.
