Early Years Teacher
We are supporting the recruitment needs of a nursery in Slough who are looking for an Early Years Teacher. The nursery has a small SEN unit, and a successful teacher will be required to adapt learning and activities to support inclusion. There are numerous Teaching Assistants on hand to support SEN children on a one-to-one basis.
Requirements
- Confident planning, preparing, and delivering teaching, with the support from a close team of practitioners.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and energetic
- Confident teaching children through play and sensory activities
- Speaking regularly with parents/guardians
- Liaising and attending meetings with educational professionals
- Attend training days for further knowledge in the early year sector
- Monitoring children’s progress and writing up reports
This is a part time Teaching post and requires the Teacher to work 3 days a week 8am – 4pm. The nursery is looking for someone who can start after February half term, but will be flexible on start date, for the right person.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
