Early Years Educator (Level 2 or 3) – Join a Caring Pre-School in Blackpool!

We’re supporting a lovely pre-school in Blackpool that’s looking for a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Educator to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a setting that champions child-led learning, creativity, and emotional development.
About the Role:
- Full-time, temporary position
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Open all year round
- You’ll be helping children grow through play, exploration, and structured learning, while supporting their individual needs.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Supporting children with toileting and personal care (including babies and toddlers)
- Assisting with mealtimes and maintaining a clean, nurturing space
- Encouraging outdoor learning and continuous provision
- Observing and recording children’s progress
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensuring all safeguarding policies are followed
What We’re Looking For:
- A recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education
- Experience in nursery or pre-school settings
- A solid understanding of the EYFS framework
- A genuine passion for early years education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity, patience, and a proactive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
