Early Years Educator (Level 2 or 3) – Join a Caring Pre-School in Blackpool!

We’re supporting a lovely pre-school in Blackpool that’s looking for a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Educator to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a setting that champions child-led learning, creativity, and emotional development.

About the Role:

• Full-time, temporary position
• Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Open all year round
• You’ll be helping children grow through play, exploration, and structured learning, while supporting their individual needs.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
• Supporting children with toileting and personal care (including babies and toddlers)
• Assisting with mealtimes and maintaining a clean, nurturing space
• Encouraging outdoor learning and continuous provision
• Observing and recording children’s progress
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Ensuring all safeguarding policies are followed

What We’re Looking For:

• A recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education
• Experience in nursery or pre-school settings
• A solid understanding of the EYFS framework
• A genuine passion for early years education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Creativity, patience, and a proactive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
