Early Career Teacher (ECT) Opportunity – Bury Area

Position Details:

  • Competitive daily rate between £120-£160

  • Full-time hours typically from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

  • Opportunities available both for September starts and summer-term support roles

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver effective lessons aligned with the national curriculum

  • Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Support students academically and personally to help them achieve their full potential

  • Track and assess pupil progress regularly

  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to foster a love of learning

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Newly qualified teachers holding QTS, or those completing training by September 2025

  • Dedicated professionals passionate about enhancing student outcomes

  • Strong communicators capable of building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

  • Individuals eager to grow professionally in a supportive setting

  • Reflective practitioners open to feedback and ongoing development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
