Job description

At Teaching Personnel, we are partnering with a school in Salford that is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team. This school is committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative learning environment, where staff work together to inspire and support each other. The successful candidate will be offered a full-time position (8:30 am – 3:30 pm), with a start date as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored for Year 4 students.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive and timely feedback.
  • Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to continually improve your teaching skills.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the varied needs of learners.
  • Solid understanding of current educational trends and effective teaching strategies.
  • Competence in using technology to enrich the learning experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching Year 4 or supporting early career students.
  • Proven classroom management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
