Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time Opportunity in Salford
Start Date: January 2026
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Salford that is currently seeking a passionate and committed Year 4 Teacher to join their team from January 2026.

✏️ Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 4 pupils
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress with clear, constructive feedback
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning outcomes
  • Take part in ongoing CPD and contribute to the wider school community

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 (ECTs with suitable placements are encouraged to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
