The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their staff team from March. The Role
As the Year 4 class teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of Year 4 pupils
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, offering meaningful feedback and targeted support
- Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, safe, and motivated
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing ideas, strategies, and best practice
- Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously enhance your teaching skills
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Year 4 or across Key Stage 2
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to adapt and differentiate learning for a variety of needs
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and modern teaching approaches
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Confidence using digital tools and technology to support teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
