Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Old Trafford
Location: Old Trafford
Start Date: January
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be partnering with a warm, inclusive, and well-regarded primary school in Old Trafford. The school is seeking a motivated and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join their team from January. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire, support, and challenge pupils within a positive and forward-thinking learning environment.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to Year 4 learners
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback and targeted support
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom where every child feels encouraged and valued
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practice
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to continuously enhance your teaching skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 4 or across Key Stage 2
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to differentiate teaching to meet a wide range of learning needs
  • Thorough understanding of the national curriculum and contemporary teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence in using digital tools and technology to support learning
