Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time Role in Old Trafford

Location: Old Trafford
Start Date: March
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is proud to be partnering with a welcoming, inclusive, and well-respected primary school in Old Trafford. The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their staff team from March. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and challenge pupils within a positive, forward-thinking learning environment.

The Role

As the Year 4 class teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of Year 4 pupils
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, offering meaningful feedback and targeted support
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, safe, and motivated
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing ideas, strategies, and best practice
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously enhance your teaching skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 4 or across Key Stage 2
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to adapt and differentiate learning for a variety of needs
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and modern teaching approaches
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Confidence using digital tools and technology to support teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
