Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Salford
Start Date: After the Easter break
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Teaching Personnel is excited to be working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school in Salford to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for a full-time position starting in April.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, engaging and well‑differentiated lessons to Year 4 pupils
- Track, assess and record pupil progress, providing clear and meaningful feedback
- Foster a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, strategies and best practice
- Commit to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Year 4 or another KS2 year group
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- Ability to differentiate effectively to support a range of learning needs
- Solid understanding of the national curriculum and evidence‑based teaching methods
- Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills
- Confidence in using technology to enhance teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
