Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time
Location: Salford
Start Date: September
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Salford, who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September.

The Role
As the Year 4 Teacher, you will:
- Deliver creative, engaging, and well-differentiated lessons to Year 4 pupils
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
- Commit to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching Year 4 or another KS2 year group
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Can effectively differentiate learning to meet a range of needs
- Has a secure understanding of the National Curriculum and evidence-based teaching approaches
- Possesses excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
- Is confident using technology to enhance teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
