Primary Teacher

Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Salford

Start Date: After the Easter break
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is excited to be working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school in Salford to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for a full-time position starting in April.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, engaging and well‑differentiated lessons to Year 4 pupils
• Track, assess and record pupil progress, providing clear and meaningful feedback
• Foster a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, strategies and best practice
• Commit to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Year 4 or another KS2 year group
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Ability to differentiate effectively to support a range of learning needs
• Solid understanding of the national curriculum and evidence‑based teaching methods
• Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills
• Confidence in using technology to enhance teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
