Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time Opportunity in Salford

Start Date: November 2025
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a warm and inclusive primary school in Salford, currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team full-time from November.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 4 pupils
  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress, offering constructive feedback
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and strategies
  • Participating in ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 4 or other KS2 year groups
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to tailor lessons to meet diverse learning needs
  • Solid understanding of the national curriculum and modern teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence in using technology to support learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
