Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Salford
Start Date: January 2026
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Teaching Personnel is pleased to be partnering with a warm, inclusive primary school in Salford to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for a full-time role starting in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 4 pupils
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective teaching

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 4 or other Key Stage 2 year groups
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to differentiate learning to meet a range of needs
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching methods
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
  • Confidence using technology to enhance learning
