Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time

Location: Salford
Start Date: September
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Salford, who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September.

The Role

As the Year 4 Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver creative, engaging, and well-differentiated lessons to Year 4 pupils
  • Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
  • Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has experience teaching Year 4 or another KS2 year group
  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Can effectively differentiate learning to meet a range of needs
  • Has a secure understanding of the National Curriculum and evidence-based teaching approaches
  • Possesses excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
  • Is confident using technology to enhance teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
