Early Career Teacher Roles – September 2025
Location: Wigan & Warrington
Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £120 – £150
Contract: Full-time & Part-time (temporary positions)

Are you about to qualify as a teacher and eager to start your teaching journey?
We’re working with a range of supportive primary and secondary schools across Wigan and Warrington who are ready to welcome enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) this September.

What we’re looking for:

  • QTS status (pending or achieved by September 2025).
  • Enthusiasm for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons.
  • The ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with pupils and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
