Have you recently completed a graduate degree within Drama? Do you wish to pursue a career in Education working within a welcoming secondary school?
If so, a large Salford based secondary school are seeking an enthusiastic Drama Graduate position to join their close knit staff team on a full time basis from January 2020. This exciting opportunity is ideal for those seeking to develop their experience within an Education capacity, prior to going on to complete a future teacher training course.
- Drama Graduate required from January 2020.
- Must hold a graduate level degree within Drama or equivalent, any previous experience working with young people within a support capacity will be highly advantageous.
- Opportunity to work within an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ secondary school.
- Excellent location, Salford is easily accessible via the M60 Motorway.
- Earn up to GBP70 per day.
As the incoming Drama Graduate you can expect to join a supportive faculty which is enjoyed by pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful graduate will be passionate about education and actively seeking to develop their experience in pursuit of a future teacher training course.
You can expect to be working within the Drama department supporting with the delivery of sessions, planning and also delivering classes with full support provided. Due to the flexible nature of the role you may also be required to deliver pre-planned lessons across the curriculum, at the absence of class teachers. Located in the Swinton region of Salford the school currently serves just over 700 pupils aged 11-16, and can be accessed via the M60/A580 (East Lancashire Road). There are also numerous public transport options readily available with links across Greater Manchester.
