Residential support workers required for SEN School in Shillingstone, North Dorset.
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a SEN school in Blandford Forum. This special needs school caters for pupils between the ages of 7 and 19 with needs on the Autistic spectrum.
The school is located in a beautiful location and has excellent facilities on site including a theatre, a sports hall, indoor and outdoor riding arenas and a swimming pool.
This SEN school are looking for support workers to join their team working day shifts! What do you get?
- 3 months of shifts booked in advance
- The stability of a 2 week rolling rota so you know exactly when you will be working
- A 3 day weekend, every other weekend when following a certain shift pattern (you have the option to work long days or half days)
- The opportunity for permanent employment with fantastic training opportunities
The school is not easily accessed with public transport so it would be beneficial if you drive and have access to a vehicle.
THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE PERSONAL CARE
It is not essential that you have experience working with children who have special needs. If you are confident, outgoing, compassionate and have a good sense of humour you will be considered for this role.
