Cover Teacher - General Cover
Job description
General Cover Teachers Required

Teaching Personnel is currently partnering with a number of mainstream secondary schools in Northampton and seeking Supply Teachers for both subject-specific and general cover for the academic year.
We are looking for specialists in the following subjects:

English
-
Maths
-
Science
-
History
-
Geography
-
PE
Whether you are a Cover Supervisor, an Early Career Teacher, or an experienced educator seeking flexible work for 2 to 5 days per week, we want to hear from you. Supply roles may require you to have your own transport as assignments can sometimes be confirmed on short notice, including the same day.
Typical responsibilities include:

Preparing the classroom for lessons
-
Delivering pre-set work
-
Ensuring students stay focused and on task

Supporting students who require additional help
-
Tidying up at the end of lessons
Daily pay ranges from £110 to £180, depending on experience and qualifications.
While experience in education or childcare is preferred, we welcome applications from individuals new to the sector who are eager to start a career in schools. Part-time qualified teachers are also highly valued.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of permanent roles becoming available.
