Supply Teachers – Mainstream Secondary Schools | Northampton

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work across a wide range of mainstream secondary schools throughout Northampton

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who are seeking flexible work without the pressures of planning, marking, or long-term commitments, as well as for those looking to explore new school environments, build experience, and expand their professional network.

The Role:

Supply teachers will be placed in a variety of secondary schools, many of which Teaching Personnel work with under preferred supplier agreements, ensuring a high volume of consistent work. Roles can range from day-to-day cover to short- and medium-term assignments, depending on availability and preference.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills and adaptability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
