Secondary schools in the Warrington area are looking for a Cover Supervisor(s) to work within their secondary schools starting in October/November onwards. This role requires a graduate who is confident and has any previous experience or working with young people or students, in a secondary school, primary school or youth work setting. The successful graduate will be motivated and able to converse, liaise and engage with people of all ages including pupils aged 11 - 16 and fellow colleagues and teachers.
Highlights of the cover supervisor role:
- Get paid for delivering pre-set work in a secondary schools
- Available roles looking ahead of the busier periods of time in October/November; to support and cover in a number of secondary schools in this area of Warrington
- Pay range will be between £290 - 325 per week (depending on previous experience working in a secondary school)
- Gain valuable experience working in a secondary school setting covering lessons as an unqualified teacher
- Ideal role for a prospective future teacher
- Temporary, part time and full time job opportunities
The role of a cover supervisor is to deliver pre-set work in the absence of the classroom teacher. The role commands a certain level of flexibility as you may be delivering and supervising classes varying in size, ability and age. The successful cover supervisor could be covering a range of subjects giving you amazing experience for a future as a teacher.
The schools we work with are situated in the Warrington area making it very easy to access from the Trafford area of Greater Manchester, Lymm, Urmston, Widnes and even Wigan. Local bus routes make these schools easily accessible as well as those able to travel via train or drive.
