Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a number of successful secondary schools based in Southend, Rochford, Rayleigh and Wickford who are seeking Cover Supervisors for a mixture of full-time roles and daily sickness/planned absence cover.

No matter whether you are looking for work 2 days per week or 5, working as a Cover Supervisor helps you retain flexibility for your weekly schedule while still receiving regular work and experience!

  • Cover Supervisor work in Southend, Rochford, Rayleigh and surrounding areas
  • Opportunity to earn between £300 - £375 per week (paid via PAYE with no payroll charges)
  • Working on a supply basis to suit your availability
  • Graduates, experienced teachers or aspiring teachers of the future welcome to apply
  • Regular cover supervisor work - daily/weekly basis
  • Previous classroom experience advantageous but not essential if you are willing to develop and can display initiative and pro-activeness
