Due to a gap in staffing structure of our client school in Oldham, Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a full time Cover Supervisor with an immediate start for the perfect candidate. This role will last until the academic year in the first instance, with a strong possibility of earning a permanent contract ahead of the 2019/2020 academic year.

Our client school is based in the Lees area of Oldham, and currently have over 1200 students enrolled from the surrounding areas of Springhead and Moorside. The school has a good reputation within the local community, and has recently been recognised as one of the most improved secondary academies in the UK. It is situated a short drive from the M60 motorway and also is accessible via local bus routes.

As a Cover Supervisor at our client school you will be expected to supervise classes in the absence of class teachers who will have set pre-planned work for you to deliver. You will be expected to cover classes across the range of subjects throughout the curriculum, as well as ensuring the school's behaviour policy is being followed. The successful candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills and will have experience of supporting young people in some capacity including youth work and sports coaches.
