Cover Supervisor - Immediate Start

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in the Wigan area. With schools reopening and experiencing high demand, we need strong cover supervisors to help manage staffing absences and provide support.

  • Earning from £12.90 per hour
  • Secondary schools KS3+4

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain school-based experience and enhance your CV. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a class of 30+ students and delivering set lessons left by absent teachers. You must have strong behaviour management skills and be able to engage students in their learning.

Depending on your availability, we can offer day-to-day or fixed block placements for up to one academic year.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with young people
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • A clear and current DBS, or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
