Cover Supervisor

With the new academic year approaching, Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to work within our client's 'Outstanding' secondary school. With a recent 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating, this is an excellent opportunity for a Cover Supervisor, who has a passion for teaching. As a Cover Supervisor you will be covering a range of lessons and subjects with students who have different academic abilities. The Cover Supervisor role is an exciting opportunity, as every day will be different, with a new challenge every day.

  • Cover Supervisor, supporting students in secondary schools
  • Located in Warrington, in our client's 'Outstanding' secondary school
  • Flexible Working hours, short term and long term work available
  • Competitive pay, paid on a weekly basis (£260 - £319)
  • Covering lessons on the absence of the teacher

The Headteacher at the 'Outstanding' secondary school is seeking a Cover Supervisor for September, adding extra support to his teaching staff, ensuring his students have the best opportunity.

Headteacher "We are looking for a hard working Cover Supervisor, who likes a challenge. Ideally they will have previous teaching experience, giving them confidence in the classroom. The position is to add extra support to our teaching team, ensuring we have a teacher who can cover lessons on the absence of one of our teachers".

The ideal Cover Supervisor we are looking for will;

  • Have previous experience working in a teaching environment
  • Has a passion for teaching and supporting young students succeed
  • Be able to work flexible working hours
  • Is a graduate, with a good knowledge on the main core subjects
  • Has aspirations of pursuing a teaching career

The 'Outstanding' secondary school is located in the heart of Warrington, close to a public transport link, making it easy to access the school from Manchester Piccadilly. Being emerged within a well respected town, it is an excellent environment for students to learn and for Teachers to work at.
