Cover Supervisor – Secondary School (Bramhall)
Start Date: September 2025 | Full-Time | Daily Rate: £89 – £100 (Depending on Experience)

A high-performing and supportive secondary school in Bramhall is looking to appoint a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join their team from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining classroom experience—particularly ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or those with previous school or youth work experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher across a range of subjects

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student participation and conduct

• Support the smooth running of the school day and maintain a positive learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident and professional classroom presence

• Ability to manage behaviour calmly and effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible, reliable, and resilient under pressure

• Experience working with young people in a school or youth setting is highly desirable
