Teaching Personnel Bristol are currently seeking teaching assistants for a number of roles within secondary schools in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
These opportunities are also perfect for anyone considering a PGCE and would like experience to help support your application.
Working as a Teaching Assistant:
- Full time and Part time roles available
- GBP57-65 a day (depending on role and your experience)
There are a number of varying Teaching Assistant positions available:
- Interventions & tutoring of your specialist subject.
- Working 1:1 offering support to students - Some students may have Special Educational Needs
- Working with small groups of students to provide academic support, particularly with the core subjects English and Maths
- Behaviour Buddy for students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background
- DBS - you will need an enhanced DBS to work in schools. (We can help you apply for this!)
- You must be a reliable and motivated indiviudal
